You can withdraw from your contract in written form (e.g. by letter, fax, or email) within a period of two weeks without giving any reasons. The period begins at the earliest on receipt of this policy. To make use of the cancellation policy, it is sufficient to send your cancellation on time.

Legal consequences
In case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received services and payments (as well as benefits, if any (e.g. accrued interest)) have to be returned.
If you cannot return your received services and payments, or if you can return them only in part or in inferior condition, you may have to render an appropriate compensation.
Obligations concerning the refund of payments have to be fulfilled within 30 days after the cancellation has been sent.
Please note:
Your right of withdrawal terminates prematurely if your contractual partner has begun to carry out their services with your express approval before the end of the cancellation period or if you have prompted them yourself (e.g. per download, Minutes consumption etc.).
